Sharing content to your social networks is the bread and butter of building your brand. This content can be used to share your expertise, novel ideas, and showcase what’s happening within your network and your community.
This article outlines how you can share content from EveryoneSocial to your networks while providing links to network-specific sharing options. Let’s get started!

Content can be shared in two ways.
Share a published post
Sharing published posts is the most popular sharing method at EveryoneSocial. A Share button will present if you haven’t shared a post in your Workspace and a Shared button will present if you have shared the post. (See below).
Share posts from your Workspace in 5 quick steps.
- Click Share.
- Toggle ON social networks.
- Customize share copy.*
- Select share schedule.
Share Now: Share immediately.
Share Later: Share at a specific date and time.
Share Automatically: EveryoneSocial shares when you’re most likely to receive engagements. - Click Share.

Compose an External Share
Sometimes you’ll want to create an External Share to share content to your social networks without publishing it to your Workspace. In this case, you’ll compose an External Share. You can compose an External Share by taking the following steps.
- Click Compose > External Share.
- Choose your Post Type. See Below.
- Choose media.
- Toggle ON networks.
- Customize copy.
- Toggle ON Schedule for Later to use the scheduler.
- Click Share.

Post Types
Shares have three post types to consider.
- Link post: A share with a featured URL, typically includes an image and description from the URL.
- Image post or Video post: A media-rich post that emphasizes the images or video shared.
- Text post: A post that only consists of text. It can be styled, hyperlinked, and have emojis.
