Error Notifications and Solutions

Requests and actions within EveryoneSocial may produce error notifications that stop the request or action from being fulfilled. This article outlines the error notifications and steps to process the request or action successfully.

Error Notification What To Do
Attention: [Company] has disabled sharing for your account, please contact your Administrator.  Accounts will be unable to share until an Admin enables this feature. Please contact your Workspace Admin to request this option.
Attention: For security purposes, networks occasionally ask you to re-authenticate - click here to re-authenticate your [network] account Go to your profile's settings to authenticate a network to continue sharing and gathering insights into content performance.
Attention: It appears that you tried to share an image to your [network] account, however, this image size is larger than the network supports, please use a smaller image.  Confirm the image you are using adheres to the network's guidelines
Attention: Your recent share was declined.

The network you shared to declined your content. Here are the most common solutions when we see this:

Error: 'The field Source Value with the value https://xxxxxxxxxx is not a valid rss feed'

This displays when attempting to add an automated Group Souce and is likely something needs updated on the page/URL.

Please use RSS Validator to view errors then contact us if you need further assistance troubleshooting. 

Error: Unable to read the contents of the specified Twitter source. There have been a lot of changes at Twitter. Please contact your CSM if you're receiving this error—they're in the loop.
Hmm... something's not quite right with that URL. Make sure a site exists and that the URL is entered correctly. Will see "Preview Unavailable" where the preview card would be. See our article on How to Troubleshoot link scraping.
Invalid SAML response received: Invalid user attributes This displays when you attempt to log in using SSO. You likely need to be a member of the Identity Provider Group (IP). Please contact your team's Technical Admin.
Oh snap! We've encountered an error on this page. We've been notified and will investigate.  This displays when you attempt to download a CSV on the Segment page and no CSV exists. Please check out our article on Segment CSV Troubleshooting to learn more.
PreSignUp failed with error invitation_required This displays when you attempt to log in using SSO because an invitation exists for a configured account. Please contact EveryoneSocial's support team to have this resolved.
