Invite Users to Join EveryoneSocial

Invite users to EveryoneSocial to continue growing your employee advocacy program, its reach and impact.

🔹 This is available on all plans.

Invite users in Admin settings

Admins can send and manage invites using Invitations, which sends an invitation email that contains a link to join EveryoneSocial. There is no expiration on invitations. The invitation is sent once, and the link is valid until it is accepted or the invitation is revoked.

🔸 This feature is accessible to Admin.

  1. Go to Admin > Invitations.
  2. Click New Invite.
  3. Enter email addresses.

*Or upload a CSV file that contains only user email addresses.

  4. Apply appropriate settings for users: Department, Location, and Role.

🔹Starter plan admins do not have Optional Items to apply user settings.

  5. Personalize the invitation email.
  6. Click Send.

All invited users will be automatically assigned any applied settings during their onboarding process.

Activate Invitation Widget in-app

Users can invite others to EveryoneSocial using the Invitation Widget, which is placed on the right side of everyone's Timeline.

🔸 Admin may disable this feature. Please check with your program Admin if this is unavailable.

Admins have the ability to enable and disable the Invitation Widget in  Admin settings.
