Audit Logs allow users to view a post’s summation of when a change occurred and who made the change.

🔹 This is available on all plans.

🔸 This is accessible to all roles and permission levels.

View a post's audit log

An Audit Log is visible for all published posts with at least 1 edit action.

To view a post’s Audit Log:

  1. Go to the post.

  2. Click the three dots menu.

  3. Select Audit Log.

Audit log contents

The following details are included in an Audit Log.

  • Action: Change that took place after publication. There are two types of actions.

    • Approved: Moderator or Admin approved the post.

    • Updated: User changed the post.

  • Who: User who took the action.

  • When: Local date and time the change occurred.

Can I see the change that was made?

EveryoneSocial records a post’s actions but does not record post versions. Because of this, we can not see the specific changes made to a post. However, you can use the Audit Log to view users who made changes and contact them for assistance.

Can I restore a post's previous version?

How can I view analytics for a post’s changes?

Analytics are available for audit details regarding a post's approval. Details are found in two reports.
