Want to delete your account and cancel your plan? You can do so within your account settings.
🔷 This action does not cancel paid accounts and all billing continues to process at regular intervals. If you are the Administrator of a paid account and wish to cancel, please speak with your CSM before continuing this process.
Delete your account
- Go to your profile menu.
- Select Account Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom.
- Click Delete My Account.
- Enter your email address.
- Click Yes, Delete My Account.
All Personal Identifying Information (PII) is deleted from our system (names, titles, emails, social media profiles) and removed from our downstream providers once you click Delete My Account. Some past activity remains. For example, if you engaged with a post by liking it then that action does not disappear from analytics but any attempt to view your profile will only yield a “Deleted User” notification.
