Your Workspace is similar to an online community where you can follow people to learn, help support, and build relationships, and for others to follow you and help amplify your content.

How it works
Each user in your program has a profile and activity page that can be followed. The Team tab shows you everyone with a public profile that's able to be followed. Following a colleague notifies you when a new post is published by that user and will post their published posts to your timeline.
🔷 Depending on Workspace settings, an Admin may have automated following specific users.Â
You'll see several filters on the left menu to view colleague profiles with the matching profiles on the right.Â
Team filters include
- Recommended: Users your admin recommends you follow
- Following: Users you're already following
- Everyone: Every user in your company's Workspace
- Departments: Users based on departments
- Locations: Users based on locations
Follow people
You can connect with your colleagues using the Team tab or by visiting their profile page.
Follow people using the Team tab
- Go to Team.
- Find a team member to follow.
- Click Follow.Â
Follow people from their profile page
- Click a team member's profile name.
- Click Follow.
Unfollow people
You can unfollow colleagues using the Team tab or by visiting their profile page.

- Select Following.
- Click Following.

Required following
Admin may set an Assignment requiring team members to follow other team members. When this happens, you automatically follow someone and will not see "Following." Instead, you will see "View Profile," and you will not be able to unfollow that person.Â
