There are two Timelines available in Workspaces: personal Timelines and Group Timelines. Personal Timelines are a compilation of posts available to each user based on the people followed and Groups joined. Group Timelines consist of posts solely within that Group. All Timelines have the ability to be sorted by trending content or by chronological order.

🔹 This is available on all plans.

🔸 This is accessible to all roles and permission levels.

Sorting your Timeline

Timeline and Groups can be sorted using controls on the left-hand side of your homepage.

  1. Click the Timeline you want to view.
  2. Hover over the title.
  3. Click the  three dots menu.
  4. Choose Trending or Chronological.
  • Trending—The content in the Timeline and Group-level are displayed in the “Trending” order by default, which places various weights on content as it receives engagement, shares, and other user interactions while living in the feed(s). This allows us to lift the most engaging and relevant content to each individual user.
  • Chronological—Users can also set the ordering of content to be displayed simply from newest to oldest.
