Schedule Content for Groups

Use the Scheduler to publish posts to Groups at a later date and time. As a result, you will be able to batch content, save time, and not have to switch tasks constantly. 

🔹 This is available on the Teams, Enterprise, and Unlimited plans.

🔸 This is accessible to Admin and Group Moderators.

Schedule a Group post

Select the option to schedule a post to publish on a Group's Timeline at a later data and time. Publishing times are based on the time zone in the browser's settings.

  1. Go to Compose.
  2. Choose Internal Post.
  3. Compose the post.
  4. Toggle on Schedule Your Post.
  5. Set the publish date and time.
  6. Choose an expiration date and time.
  7. Click Post.

Scheduled posts can be found in the Scheduled section of the Group. They will have an inactive Share button, rendering them impossible to share until published to the Group.

Here's an example of what you will see for scheduled posts.

The post will then move to the Posts section of the Group, once it's published.
