Having difficulty accessing EveryoneSocial? This article provides solutions to the most common issues experienced when logging in to a Workspace.
Resetting your password
You'll need to reset your password if you use a password and can't log in. Click Reset my password on the login page and a link will be emailed to you to begin the reset process.
Click the link and enter a new password into the password field.
All passwords must contain:
- Between 12 and 256 characters
- At least 1 number
- At least 1 special character
- Uppercase letters
- Lowercase letters
Confirm the URL to log in
Be sure you are using the correct domain to access your company's Workspace, such as influencers.everyonesocial.app.
If your company is on the Enterprise plan, it will have a unique URL. Using everyonesocial.app, without a company's subdomain, will create a new account on our Starter plan–which provides access to EveryoneSocial to an entirely new Workspace.
You're essentially starting from scratch if you log in without the correct URL.
My company uses SSO (Single Sign On)
- Head to everyonesocial.app.
- Enter your company email address.

3. You will then be directed to your company SSO login page where you will enter in your SSO credentials to gain access to the platform.
4. Because you must log in via SSO and you must use your SSO credentials to do so, if you have password issues you must go through your SSO application to update your password, as EveryoneSocial does not control, know, or store your SSO credentials.
Still running into issues?
- Try thoroughly clearing your browser cache and cookies and repeat steps 1-4
- Verify your SSO credentials - are you using the correct login credentials?
Unsure if your company uses SSO?
- Please reach out to your company admin to learn how they set up signing in to EveryoneSocial.
My company does NOT use SSO
- Head to everyonesocial.app.
- Enter your company email address.

3. Enter your password and sign in. If you're here for the first time, your company may allow you to sign up within an invitation. Use this step and create your password to sign in and start sharing.

Still running into issues?
- Try thoroughly clearing your browser cache and cookies and repeat steps 1-3.

Mobile App
iOs & Android troubleshooting steps:
- Please confirm that you have the latest version of the Mobile app downloaded.
- Have you already been able to log in to your company's EveryoneSocial instance on the web app?
- If so, please use those same logins to get into the mobile app.
- If not, please follow the above steps and try logging in to your web app first.
- Please try completely removing the app from your phone, re-downloading, and then logging in again.
