Images make a profound impact with your readers and can really solidify the message you're sharing, which is why it's so important to use images that have the right dimensions. Keep in mind, the best images to use are sized appropriately for each network. However, networks often differ in their preferred image size.
This article provides the basic requirements of image sizes and file types for each network. If you are posting something and it's getting denied or the media isn't rendering the way you expect, please check this list to ensure it is supported by the platform.

FAQ
My image isn't displaying with my post when I share it with my network.
This usually happens if an image is classified as something other than an image within the social network. The best way to check this is by using embed.ly to confirm what the network is classifying the image as. We often see images classified as a logo, which means it's too small and needs to be enlarged to classify as a full-sized image.
