Password and Login Troubleshooting

Having difficulty accessing EveryoneSocial? This article provides solutions to the most common issues experienced when logging in to a Workspace.

🔹Session timeout note: EveryoneSocial requires re-authentication every 30 days, which means you will be required to log in once a month.

Confirm the URL and email to log in

If your company is on the Enterprise plan, it will have a unique URL. Be sure you are using the correct domain to access your company's Workspace, such as influencers.everyonesocial.app.

Using everyonesocial.app, without a company's subdomain, will create and grant access to a new Workspace on our Starter plan.

Once you have confirmed you have the correct URL, be sure to check the email is the one used when you signed up with EveryoneSocial. There are three ways to log in to EveryoneSocial.

  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Passwordless
  • Password authentication

My company uses Single Sign-On (SSO)

If your company is on the Enterprise plan, there's a good possibility you can sign in using your company's email address.

  1. Head to the Workspace login.
  2. Enter your company email address and the password associated with that email.

This is an example of a login page. SSO setups usually have a company logo above "Enter Your Email."

🔸 You must go through your SSO application if there are password issues. EveryoneSocial does not control, know, or store credentials for anyone using SSO to login.

Still running into issues?

  • Try thoroughly clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
  • Verify your SSO credentials. Are you using the correct login credentials? Sometimes emails update and a previous one is being used.

My company does NOT use SSO

Companies who do not use SSO have two other options: Passwordless or password-enabled.

  • Passwordless means you will enter a company email and an email will be sent that contains a link that needs to be clicked to access EveryoneSocial.
  • Password-enabled is a traditional sign-in method that requires an email and a password to be entered to access EveryoneSocial.
  1. Head to everyonesocial.app.
  2. Enter your company email address.
  3. There will be a second followup, either a screen to click the link in an email or to enter a password.
    1. Enter your password or click the link to continue logging in.

🔹 If you're here for the first time, your company may allow you to sign up without having an emailed invitation. Use this step and create your password to sign in and start sharing.

Reset your password

You'll need to reset your password if you use a password and can't log in. Click Reset my password on the login page and a link will be emailed to you to begin the reset process.

Click the link and enter a new password into the password field.

All passwords must contain:

  • Between 12 and 256 characters
  • At least 1 number
  • At least 1 special character
  • Uppercase letters
  • Lowercase letters

🔹Password reset emails are valid for 10 minutes. If the email link is not clicked within 10 minutes, send a new email.

Still running into issues?

  • Try thoroughly clearing your browser cache and cookies and repeat steps 1-3.
  • Verify your credentials. Are you using the correct ones? Sometimes emails update and a previous one is being used.
  • Try resetting your password.

Login issues can persist if your network uses a firewall to block content. If this is the case, you can circumvent a firewall by using the EveryoneSocial Mobile App on your mobile data, rather than using the network.
