Manage Profile Settings

Your profile is uniquely yours, and its settings allow you to tailor your experience by ensuring you see the content that matters to you, share with precision, and receive timely notifications about important updates. 

In this article, we'll explore the options available within your profile settings.

Manage profile settings

You can access profile settings and make changes at any time within Account Settings. 

  1. Go to the profile menu.
  2. Select Account Settings.
  3. Update settings.
  4. Click Save Changes.

Available settings 

The following settings are available.

  • Details: Name, title/position, department, and location.  
  • Access: Email address for the account.
    Please contact our Support team to update your email address.
  • Profile image: Image for your user profile.
  • Connected accounts: Actively connected LinkedIn and X, formerly Twitter, accounts.

  • Integrations: Connect to Slack and Microsoft Teams to share content.
    Admins must first enable Slack and Microsoft Teams for this setting to appear.
  • API: Generate an API key. 
    Only users on the Enterprise plan have access to the EveryoneSocial API.
  • Notifications: Toggles to enable notifications for new activity and mentions
    • Push notifications: In-app notifications (popups).
    • Email notifications: Email messages sent to the profile's email.
