Manage Content Emails

Content Emails can be managed to edit the content in the emails, disable or enable Content Emails, and view data for the sent emails. 

There are three tabs for managing Content Emails.

  • Recurring: Content Emails set to send on a repeating schedule. These emails can be edited and disabled/enabled.
  • Non-Recurring: Content Emails set to send one time. These emails can be edited and disabled/enabled.
  • Sent: Data for emails sent. Click here to learn more about Content Email data.

Published Content Emails will only appear in these sections. Emails will never be in a draft state. 

Edit Content Emails

Content Emails will need to be updated to make corrections, change the banner image, and keep content fresh. Here are the steps to edit Content Emails.

  1. Go to Admin > Content Emails.
  2. Go to Recurring or Non-Recurring.
  3. Hover over the email title and click Edit.
  4. Edit the Content Email.
  5. Click Preview to preview the email.
  6. Click Save Email.

🔸Edit options are located on the far right of the screen. Please scroll to the right if you do not see them.

Disable Content Emails

Disable Content Emails to stop sending recurring Content Emails. 

  1. Go to Admin > Content Emails.
  2. Go to Recurring.
  3. Hover over the email title.
  4. Click the toggle to Disable.

🔸Disable is located on the far right of the screen. Please scroll to the right if you do not see it.
