🔹 This is available on all plans.

🔸 This is accessible to all roles and permission levels.

How it works

Using the EveryoneSocial configuration, you can post and share content from EveryoneSocial within Microsoft Sharepoint by adding a page and configuring the page to embed your EveryoneSocial Workspace.

Here's a brief video tour of the steps below.

Configure SharePoint for Embedded Content

A SharePoint administrator must take the following steps to allow EveryoneSocial to embed within SharePoint.

  1. Ensure EveryoneSocial is added as a trusted source domain within SharePoint:
    1. Navigate to the SharePoint site that will host your page.
    2. Click the gear icon in the top-right and select Site Information.
    3. On the following screen, select View All Site Settings.
    4. Select HTML Field Security from the list of Site Settings.
    5. Add everyonesocial.app to the list of approved domains.
    6. Click OK.
  2. Where appropriate, SharePoint Admins may allow users to create pages.
    1. This is not always a requirement but may be necessary, depending on your specific use case.

Add EveryoneSocial as an embedded page element

  1. Visit the SharePoint site you'd like to update with EveryoneSocial content.
  2. Already have an existing page? Skip to step 5. Otherwise, select New > Site Page.
  3. If prompted, select a template, then select Create page.
  4. Enter a page title. We recommend "EveryoneSocial" or your advocacy program’s title.
  5. Within the page body, click the + button and add an Embed web part.
  6. Paste the embed code in the Website address or embed code box (see text box below).
  7. Replace SUBDOMAIN text with the Workspace subdomain found in your workspace URL.
  8. Activate Resize to fit the page.
  9. Click Publish.
<iframe src="https://SUBDOMAIN.everyonesocial.app/" scrolling="auto" height="100%" width="100%" name="EveryoneSocial" style="border: solid #000000;"></iframe>
