A Comprehensive List of Emails and Push Notifications from EveryoneSocial

Communication is extremely important in our digital era, especially in the social sharing world. Admins send Content Emails and messages, and EveryoneSocial sends emails and notifications to keep everyone aware of what’s happening and next steps. We believe it’s important Admins know what EveryoneSocial is sending so your colleagues aren’t swamped with emails and notifications.

This page outlines all emails and push notifications sent from the EveryoneSocial team.

Emails

Here is a complete list of all emails users will receive.

Scheduled emails

These emails are sent on a regular occurrence. 

  • New user onboarding: Onboarding emails are a campaign sent to provide new users with all the details they need to succeed with EveryoneSocial.
    • Registered users: We send emails to users who have an account and are just getting started with next steps, such as connecting their networks and sharing a post. Emails are sent:
      • After completing the registration.
      • 2 days after the first email.
      • 4 days after the first email.
    • Invited users: We send emails to invited users who did not completely register. Emails are sent:
      • 2 days after the invitation email.
      • 4 days after the invitation email.
  • Re-engagement emails: We send emails to all users to re-engage them if they are not using the platform and meet the following criteria:
    • Never posted to EveryoneSocial.
    • Inactive for 1 week.
    • Inactive for 2 weeks.
    • Inactive for 3 weeks.
    • Haven’t posted in the past 30 days (repeats every 30 days).
  • Webinar reminders: We send an email reminder to anyone signed up for our weekly webinars. Emails are sent at the following cadence:
    • Reminder emails are sent on Tuesdays.
    • Webinar email is sent Wednesday mornings, with a Zoom link.
  • Admin newsletter: Email sent to all active admins at the end of each month with updates and tips for running an impactful advocacy program.

Action-based emails

These emails are only sent when a user or content meets the set criteria. 

  • Accounts not connected: We send emails to users who do not have a connected LinkedIn or X account.
  • Important posts: We send emails for all published posts marked as important during the creation phase. 
  • New post reaction: An email to let you know if a team member liked one of your posts.
  • Post approved: Sent when your submitted post is approved and published for an approval-only Group.
  • Invite accepted: Sent when a user accepts your invitation.
  • Declined shares: Sent if a share was unsuccessful sharing to LinkedIn or X.
  • Network Builder engagements: If you have Network Builder, then we will send an email every morning at 8 AM if your shares received engagements in the past 24 hours.
  • Smart Scheduler content: If you have Smart Scheduler, then we will send an email every time a post is scheduled for you.

Push notifications

Scheduled push notifications

These notifications are sent on a regular occurrence. 

  • Webinar reminders: We send a push notification to sign up for our weekly webinars.
  • Training reminders: We send a push notification to sign up for our monthly user trainings.

Action-based push notifications

These notifications are only sent when a user or content meets the set criteria. 

  • Accounts not connected: We send push notifications to users who connected a LinkedIn or X account and no longer have the account connected.
  • New post reaction: An email to let you know if a team member liked one of your posts.
  • Post approved: Sent when your submitted post is approved and published for an approval-only Group.
  • Invite accepted: Sent when a user accepts your invitation.
  • Declined shares: Sent if a share was unsuccessful sharing to LinkedIn or X.
